I spent a lot of time cutting these Vintage Violet Graphics out–there’s truly no easy way to do so. But they were worth the effort as they’re lovely. They’re from an Easter postcard from the turn of the century, but they aren’t just for Easter alone. They would be great for all kinds of design projects. They would be perfect for a scrapbook. I can imagine those lovely violets around a frame. Whatever you’re working on, I hope you find these useful.

When I saw this antique image of a tiger lily at an auction, I snatched it up. It’s so lovely, one of the most beautiful Victorian floral images I’ve ever seen. It has special meaning to me as I live in a Victorian house with a tower and ever since my husband and I purchased the property in 1994, bright orange tiger lilies have bloomed around the base of the tower each summer.

I’ve retouched and cut this flower image out for you. It’s on a PNG file with a transparent background. I’m also including a version with a background, which is the color of the original background that I removed, a lovely color combination.

This tiger lily is sure to be great for innumerable designs–fabric blocks, prints, collages, web design, embroidery, print projects, and more. I hope you find it useful.

Free Victorian Flower Girl Head Clipart

The perfect image to add to a collage or to use in another creative paper project.

This line of flower girl postcards, featuring a flower with a cute girl’s head and a floral boquet beneath, was created in the Victorian era with scrapbooking and other paper crafts in mind. These cards were much like die-cut images. People would eagerly collect them, cut the objects out and put them in their scrapbooks, attach them to letters and cards, and use them to embellish their home decorating projects.

Such vintage images are perfect for modern paper projects too…especially this one as I’ve already retouched and cut it out for you. I have more of these that I’ll add in the future.
